He was drawn to chiropractic because of its patient-centered approach. His evaluations consider the individual’s symptoms, history, daily activities, and goals before recommendations are made.

Dr. Reicks places a strong emphasis on patient education and clear explanations. He wants patients to understand their condition, the factors that may be contributing to it, and the purpose of the care being discussed.

Dr. Caleb Grose

Chiropractor

Dr. Caleb Grose

Practice locations: Des Moines, West Des Moines, and Urbandale

Dr. Caleb Grose graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, where his education included chiropractic technique, spinal health, and patient-centered care. He begins by learning about the individual patient rather than focusing only on the symptoms that brought them to the office.

His clinical interests include neck and back pain, headaches, disc-related conditions, sciatica, and other musculoskeletal concerns that can interfere with movement and everyday activities. Recommendations are based on the examination findings and the patient’s goals.

Dr. Grose also considers patient education an important part of care. He explains what has been identified, why an option is being recommended, and how the patient can participate in working toward clearly defined goals.

Dr. Nashali Cruz

Chiropractor

Dr. Nashali Cruz

Practice locations: Des Moines, West Des Moines, and Urbandale

Dr. Nashali Cruz is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Originally from Puerto Rico, she provides care in both English and Spanish.

Her approach begins with listening to how a patient’s condition affects work, family life, movement, and daily activities. She then explains the findings and discusses an individualized plan based on the patient’s needs and goals.

Dr. Cruz is especially committed to reducing communication barriers in healthcare. She wants every patient to understand the condition being discussed, the available options, and the reasons behind any recommendation.
